Not feeling satisfied with high protein, low carb diet

Anyone else feel that eating a low carb meal of sauteed chix breast and veggies and turkey stuffed peppers doesn't satiate you as much as a bagel breakfast sandwich? Eating more with the first meal, but don't feel as satisfied as the second, like I want to eat more.

That's because "low carb diets" or "dieting" in general, is f*cking stupid.

and yet bodybuilding is 80% diet....

Trying to eat healthier, and that means I shouldn't be consuming more breads, pastas(carbs) than veggies and lean meats.

You have the words "dieting" and "diet" confused.

I agree with your statement, "bodybuilding" is actually more (to me) than 80% diet, however those food/foods like breads/pastas are fanstastic for putting on muscle mass and there's no reason to restrict them Unless you suffer from illnesses like diabetes.

there isn't a difference, dieting is a verb, diet is a noun. Eating lots of carbs is bad because they get converted to sugar and fat more than meats and vegetables.

Oh god, now I see why you're red.

Stop getting your information from yahoo news, read the stickies.
You're highly confused, and you wonder why you're "not feeling satisfied" with your current food choices.
