I'm 146-148lbs currently at 5'7 around 14% bf. My LBM is roughly 125lbs. I was going to cut for the next month just to see what's underneath/gain some definition for the summer. Ideally I was looking to get down to 12% then start another bulking phase. However, should I skip the cut and continue lean bulking because I don't have that much mass lbm on me?

This is an excellent query. I'm surprised we don't have a chart of recommended LBM's by height to determine whether or not you'd have enough mass at 10% to look good.
Started 2012 at over 410lbs (that was as high as my scale went) and I ended the year at 260lbs.
Still going strong while eating whatever I want - whenever I want; I just keep it to under 2000 calories a day.
