    Minimum LBM to look okay?

I'm 146-148lbs currently at 5'7 around 14% bf. My LBM is roughly 125lbs. I was going to cut for the next month just to see what's underneath/gain some definition for the summer. Ideally I was looking to get down to 12% then start another bulking phase. However, should I skip the cut and continue lean bulking because I don't have that much mass lbm on me?

Do what you want to do.

I'd vote to keep your lean bulk going on (and honestly, a not so lean bulk) and cut for next summer. You are going to blow away in a good strong wind if you cut much further.

This is an excellent query. I'm surprised we don't have a chart of recommended LBM's by height to determine whether or not you'd have enough mass at 10% to look good.
Started 2012 at over 410lbs (that was as high as my scale went) and I ended the year at 260lbs.

Still going strong while eating whatever I want - whenever I want; I just keep it to under 2000 calories a day.

True, but depending on a persons body frame, being some people wider/more dense bones than others, it would be hard. It would give a good thing to base stuff off though.

I think I'm to cut/finish up this series of AllPro and then go back on another 2 month bulk. I just kind of want to see what improvements I've made from the beginning. Hopefully I'll look better than I did at 130lbs haha

At your height I would say 140lbs of lbm, how long have you been bulking?
