I have just a random question ...
I am prepping for a competition .. the cutting will be coming soon. I basically follow a lot of what Layne Norton says/recommends .. heavy lifting .. minimal cardio ..HIIT .. no extreme lowering carbs ..etc. So .. as I plan out the the beginning stages of my cutting diet/plan .. I swear I once read that it was a recommendation to lower carbs just that first week to kickstart or jumpstart things. ??? But I can't find where I read it .. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Or did I somehow make it up??
Thanks
Jennifer

Nope. Haven't heard him say that and Ive been stalking the hell out of his articles and posts since I was 14 lmao. Mainly cause I dont like to email him my questions too often since I know he's busy as a mofo. But starting on lower carbs doesn't kick start anything. Keep them as high as possible from start to finish. I'm sure he'd agree.
