I guess it would have a lot to do with natural unprocessed food that you can either kill or collect...
This type of diet would be great especially for your general health and well being due to the fact that its unprocessed and no artificial ****... I guess for health and while cuing it would be good, but for gains you will have to eat so much more to get all your calories in just my opinion, good luck brah

Paleo Diet - No gluten, you feel way in the hell less bloated (I am on it), drop weight decently fast, high protein intake as you are eating meat at every meal, all carbs are from vegetables.
All in all, it is a real good diet, for cutting, since the only carbs you are getting are from veggies.
Paleo Diet = Caveman Diet
It's not as hard as it seems, just cut out all processed chit, no bread or anything like that (brown rice, corn, just cut out all grains) and just eat veggies (A LOT), fruits (keep to a minimum), and meat.

IIFYM as long as you're not putting a bunch of crap into you. These diet things for the most part are just kinda silly and not all they're hyped up to be. Just have the discipline to not eat like a hippo when you're cutting and you'll be fine.
