so i'm sitting in front of this delicious bowl of rocky road ice cream, my favorite.. and thinking, why do we need to cut? why can't we just build muscles and let the muscles burn the fat? it's easier for me to hit the gym rather than push this bowl of ice cream away.
answers please.. the ice cream is melting..
