    New to working out with weights

    I'm just getting back into the swing of things and I've taken an exercise class before but I really would like to train with weights.I'm new to the whole strength training thing.My son helps me out a lot and he said I should find a good solid routine and I should start getting back in here and figuring things out and get what I need to in check.My goal is to burn fat and get healthy and strong.Any advice is highly appreciated.

    Thank you for posting this.My son said something to me about the stickes,just didn't know what he meant lol.
