I'm just getting back into the swing of things and I've taken an exercise class before but I really would like to train with weights.I'm new to the whole strength training thing.My son helps me out a lot and he said I should find a good solid routine and I should start getting back in here and figuring things out and get what I need to in check.My goal is to burn fat and get healthy and strong.Any advice is highly appreciated.
