Yeah i love it out here, I lived in South Sac for most of my life, It got way too ghetto and i was sick of it. Moved to Rocklin a couple years ago and love it. Everyone is so nice and easy going, Im also super close to Auburn(one of my favorite places to drive around in). I love the small town feel of Loomis and Newcastle.

Yeah, Its all beautiful as **** out there. Whenever i have a bad day or feeling stressed out, I just hop in my car and go cruise around in the hills/mountains and enjoy the scenery. Its very old fashion in some places too. Makes me feel like im in the 50s. ****ing love it.

I like the open of North Cali. Red Bluff is where I hunt at. Goes from open ranches to mountains in under a mile. Love it up there.. if I was going to live in California after the AF it would be up north.

The funny thing about California is that the coolest people living here are not born here, they're often from the Midwest, they're a bit more happy/stoked to not have to shovel out their drive way than a CA native who doesn't know what that's like.

Very true. I moved to CA 5 years ago from Michigan. Almost everyone I run into that was not born in CA is from MI, IL, MN, OH, etc. It is very very odd. Almost like being in the midwest as far as people, but in the beautiful state of CA. Just amazing weather and so many things to do. Ive lived in Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, Pasadena, and Valencia-which is surrounded by mountains. Last week we drove to San Fran, next week San Diego, in a month Vegas. Non stop places to see.
