I just bought my 2nd domain and am a little confused with Hostgator. Since i already have them for my toddlertabletreview site i thought i would use them for my new site. Anyone know how? In the cpanel they have 2 options Add-on Domains and Parked Domains.

This is a completely different site/niche so i'm not sure what to do.

Yup. You must have baby plan minimum though.

    1) Transfer DNS settings to hostgator (as you have done before).
    2) Click on "Add On Domains"
    3) Enter your new domain name as domain name
    4) Make the username the domain of your site (this will be the subfolder created).
    5) Keep same document root
    6) Put in a password and add the new domain
    7) Go back to cPanel + go to quickinstall and you will see your new domain as an option to install wordpress on.
    8) Follow same steps as before

Yes I did. There are some products from my niche that are sold there, but the bulk of the products are sold from a couple of ecommerce websites that do not do affiliate marketing. Is there any other way that I can make money out of my site without relying on affiliate sales?

PM me and I might be able to help you out. Adsense is always reliable but it sounds like you might be competing within a niche that is vertically integrated and tough for niche sites.

Hey brahs, how do you go about getting high quality images for your sites?

I know you can get in trouble for swiping them from google images... and I know about sxc.hu but their library is pretty lacking. Buying stock images costs like $10 an image.

flickr.com is fine. Just make sure you attribute the author. I'm honestly considering researching this topic fully and writing an article on it. I'm pretty sure some of my images aren't properly cited if they have an attribution license.

try http://search.creativecommons.org/ to find images under a creative commons license. Otherwise go to flickr and email the photographer and ask if you can use his image.

Swiping any images from google is pretty risky, especially as their adsense policies are strictly against copyrighted images.

It's just safer looking for CC images. All the images on my site I've found from CC and they aren't too bad haha

Couple spelling errors needs to be proofread. Anyways, I thought the review was good. The first paragraph brought out dem feels because I broke like 10 headsets the same way. You seemed professional in your review until you said "businessman douchebag." I think if you're going to use words like that you need to be having an attitude the whole time through. Kinda threw me off.

    Overall pretty good though

Thanks brah, I completely agree about the businessman douche part, it doesn't fit with the tone of the rest of my review...so I've removed it. Proof read it again and have removed some more spelling and grammatical errors, no doubt there are a few remaining though!

    Thanks for looking

Lawl, minor setback. Was working on an e-commerce website for a local business. Accidentally deleted my www.healthydinnermeals.com website and lost everything. (Strong no-backup) Ended up using godaddy file manager to recover all but three of my blogs. Better than losing everything.

Depends on what you're reviewing? The ones you've written down are good though as they do cover most bases. I'd say if you're using the 'meets expectations' criteria, it's important to outline what your expectations for that product are.

Yup will be doing this as well pointing out what I expected and why I gave that rate to that certain criteria.

I didn't get accepted to Google adsense but I figured because I use 3 pictures that I google on images lol so I am thinking in taking those downs and putting up my own. Also going to add more content and re apply. Been wanting to apply to a couple of affiliate marketing companies that carries the products I review but I feel like is better until I have more content up to get accepted?

Yeah I'd say atleast 5 good posts/pages before applying to adsense again, and a few more being applying for affiliates.

Subbed and repped. As I near 30 and realize I have absolutely no interest in any particular "regular" job. Not due to laziness in fact I'm a hard worker but nothing speaks to my soul. Hearing about some friend who was making money selling pot to dispensaries and reading about all these youtube people making ridiculous money playing games etc etc. Chit just makes me depressed as being your own boss and finding something to do that you actually have a passion in sounds infinitely more appealing. I need a fooking non-job as Elliott Hulse describes lol.

Working on a couple of more articles, will be putting up my first product review and looking to put together a interview question guide to interviews professionals in the niche. So my FB likes have gone up a little bit close to the 100 mark and they are involve in the niche. As I share more content via FB the likes will increase by itself then plan to get a FB like bot to increase it even more.

Is it me or is google adword tool not working right now?

Anybody aware of the Yoast plugin? Just finished installing it since it was highly advice in other AM articles I been reading about. This plugin seems foreign to me.

Guise, I changed the logo of my site as everyone was telling me it looked too much like the n64 logo lol

Thoughts? I had one with two trees in it but felt it was too cluttered. I went with the simpler, cleaner look.

What kind of images? If you can make them yourself, thats always best in my opinion. I know its not always possible, but if you can, a decent cell phone pic that is cropped right can actually be pretty decent for a website

lol can't you see the tail?

But I kinda like the logo. Made me chuckle. However, I would make it smaller. When I opened the site, the only things that I can see without scrolling down is the logo and the banner. You would want to let your audience see at least part of your first article without needing to scroll down so that they know there's more to the site.

I can see the tail but glancing through it, my first thought was that it looks like a kid swinging. The tail is way too thin and the rest of the body doesn't even resemble a monkey lol but is kinda cute lol
