    How am I looking %

    Been cutting since april. Lost 21lb to date. Goal is to get lean 12/14% BF. I am unsure if I should do a recom diet / bulk or cut some more. Im 198lb and 36inches around the gut.

    What do you think my BF is ??? waiting to base my next diet on LBM but need BF to figure out

    Good job on the fat loss thus far bro. I would cut down a little more perhaps to 180lbs seeing as you are 6" then hit the clean bulk and fill that frame out! Good job none the less, 21lbs is a huge drop

    I'd say you are sitting around 20%. Seeing as you are 198lbs x 15 = 2970. 2970 - 500 = 2470 cals to cut.

    Don't use this to calculate your calories, this method is not accurate at all (does not even account for activity factor). Head the the nutrition forums and use the stickies there to calculate you calorie and macro-nutrient needs.

    Im just going to do 1 gram per pound for protein and .5 for carbs. make the rest of my cals from fats. So I need to lose 20lb more. Just scared I'll lose muscle. Im sure Ive lost some muscle these last few months

    I think I gonna workout my daily cals needs and watch the scales. If no movement in a week to two then drop by a hundred or so into movement or even up cardio. How that sound
