Mike Rashid has a better physique than both twins combined.
Here's the overtaining video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAhNyvTF5Uw
Here's both responses in one video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vNtmXy09RHM

I don't like that mike guy...just from that 1 video. shows his character more than it being a misunderstanding. i mean he thinks he's so high and mighty he literally didn't watch the twins' video and just called their intro bafoonery (which it is but thats the point)
anyways i'll pass when it comes to him.

Is Mike Rashid calling out the Twins because of anything they said about training, or because calling out the guy on top is one of the easiest ways to bring attention to yourself? More people on Youtube (even non-lifters) know the Twins than Mike Rashid. This is how bonehead rappers garner attention, get the fuark outta here with all that lol

Useless for natties... good advice if you're on a lot of juice. Don't follow this if you're a natty, do the opposite. High frequency, relatively low volume. Use going to failure as sparingly as possible or you will stall/burn out your CNS. Recovery, growth and endurance are all very different for naturals.
One of the biggest mistake novices make when it comes to training is watching videos like this and thinking that they will benefit from working out a similar way...

I don't want to start an argument but here it goes...
I overtrain all the time. Two a days, ever day. However, I also get 8-10 hours of sleep and I eat above maintenance. The current trend in body building is that you can't overtrain (or it's very difficult to do that), you can only under eat/sleep. Fact is that I've made an amazing transformation on my own body over the past 7 years following that style of training. On top of that, I'm natural. Even Layne Norton says that studies have shown that over training is not bad. Higher release of cortisol did not show great catabolism. Rather, it corresponded to greater levels of anabolism.
Sorry but there is just way too much broscience. In the end of the day all you can do is find what works for your body. However, don't bash pushing beyond your limits (aka: overtraining) until you try it. On top of that, you have to be in a calorie surplus and you have train in a way that doesn't cause you injuries (joint pain from bad form).

Not really...I have a three day split...
Day 1: back in AM and arms in PM
Day 2: chest in AM and shoulders in PM
Day 3: Hams/quads in AM and abs/calves in the PM
Then repeat. I also take a day off when I can tell (from experience) that I need one. I haven't had an off day for about a week and half now and I feel great

Lmao this guy sounds like he got rid of the high school yard mentality, basically saying "come on hodgetwins, I'll outlift you, outrun you...etc"
Lost all respect for this fake natty BBC.PR: Bench: 100kg x 1. Squat: 140kg x 1 Dead lift: 160kg x 1 (on my journey to 180kg)
