    if u focus on running/biking/sports instead of calf raises and such then yes they will grow, but isolation exercises will only make them smaller

    Noticeable. Yes. Just destroy them. People complain of having small calves and do like 4 sets a week. Do high volume. Try high or low reps. Personally mine respond much better to low reps. You have to try out for yourself.

    Load some heavy dumbbells over your shoulders, lift your heels off the ground, lower them and just before they hit the ground, push them back up. You'll get huge calls in nooooooo time
