For someone who's 5'9'-5'11 and has been on proper macros for a year or so, how much LBM and weight would the average person be? Even though I've never really lifted and overate, I still think that there's lots of people who have much higher LBM than me (135 or so) who haven't lifted or had proper nutrition either. They either have heavier bones or more muscle to begin with.

Google the met life tables and find your height and frame size. I think those figures would be about average for someone that hasn't trained and is around 20%bf.

Just checked it, they say a large frame 5'10 male is 158-180 lbs, at 20% bf, on average, that guy would have 135 lbs of LBM. I have 135 LBM and I apparently have a small frame (14.5 neck 6.5 wrist). I still think my base LBM is really low for someone who hasn't trained.Originally Posted by dmacdonal9
