    Which routine next?

I've been doing my current routine for nearly 1.5 years now and think it's time for a change. I've finished my summer cut and am now thinking about slowly bulking again. My current routine is:

    Mon: Chest
    Tues: Back
    Wed: Legs
    Thurs: Shoulders
    Fri: Arms

I feel like i should be training muscles like chest and back more than once a week now, but have no idea what to move onto next. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Depends on your current progress. I would take out your arms day, and train them other body parts. I like chest/triceps and back/biceps. I would then add an additional leg day. Figure out where you're lagging, and instead of adding a leg day, you may add an additional back day if you're lagging in that area.

I personally love to use a split like this:

Monday: Posterior Chain Lower Body + Abs (deadlifts, barbell glute bridges, leg curls, straight-leg and bent-knee calf raises)
    Tuesday: Chest/Triceps
    Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Anterior Chain Lower Body + Abs (squats/front squats, leg press, leg extensions) plus I do both variations of calf raises
    Friday: Back/Biceps
    Saturday: Shoulders/Traps
    Sunday: Rest
