Going from split routine to full body

I've been doing a push pull legs routine for a while now and my lifts have plateaued, so im Considering going back to either a full body 3x a week or an upper/lower body split.

I'm just hesitant about going back to a full body workout routine as its more of a beginners routine and each muscle won't be getting as much work during each workout.

Do you think goin back to a full body from a split is going backwards ?

It is going backwards in terms of how advanced it is, but it may or may not be better for you. That said you should still be able to progress on what you are doing now. The standard things to look at first would be are you gaining bodyweight? Are you resting enough? Have you reset individual lifts that are stalling or tried doing a full deload week?
    The floundering has ended.

Your natural and naturals muscle can stimulate growth on 3 sets each body part on a full body workout. I'm bulking on a full body workout 3x a week and making progress every workout. Just gotta eat more doing full body.
