Alternating Ball Push ups. 12 on each side

100 lb Weight bag throw x 12

Reverse Grip Pull downs x15:

7 Part Curl: 60lbs Basically I go a quarter, then back up, then half, then 3/4 then full and I do the same back up. x5

12 Triangle Ball Sit Up

I still feel great, just to avoid my chances of injuries, I am no longer going past 6 sets. For the last week I will probably increase some of the weights, but just slightly.Wrestler at 182.

Day 46/Day 47
6 mile run and rest day. Typical weekend haha.
And ya I got some motivation pictures coming, videos are so long too load haha!
As far as different from day one, I feel in general I have more energy throughout the day. I've been spending the last half of my log without a pre workout and I have noticed I have being doing better. Libido skyrocketting haha. Appetite increase I never really got, I just know I needed to eat more because I was dropping 2 pounds a week when I wasnt haha. Recovery has increased and no longer feel the intense DOMS from ARA. I have quite a bit of x-factor left since I only used on workout days. But just going for 50 days. I need to get used to training off of all supplements again haha.
