Okay, just got done with a 32 serving tub of Formutech's Volatile pre workout supplement. Thanks again to Formutech for the awesome opportunity. Anyway, here's the lowdown.
Taste: 9/10: I had the berry flavored. Tasted like Juicy Juice. Smooth and clean flavor. No weird chemical aftertaste. No complaints here.
Solubility: 9/10 Mixes really easily but if you shake it you may get a little foam at the bottom. That's the only real downside.
Energy: 9/10 Now this is not a jittery, high stim product. This is fuel for your muscles. As you start your workouts you will feel more energy in your later reps and more explosion when you start reaching critical condition. It's a very clean energy with no miscomfort afterwards.
Focus: 8/10 Not gonna lie. Focus isn't the strong point of this product. It's there, but I think the major focus comes when you start getting into your sets. Once you start feeling the pump your mind starts getting a pump too. And it's a pretty awesome feeling. Which brings me to my next point
Pump: 10/10 The pumps on this product are insane. Your muscles, not just your arm muscles, will swell so much after a workout while you take this. It feels fantastic, and sometimes even kinda scary because it feels like your muscles are gonna rip off the bone. The pump also prevents you from overtraining because your arms will eventually get too swole to go on much longer. My workouts are usually about an hour long when I take this which is just right.
Ingredients: 10/10: You've got a 9g serving with Magnesium Creatine Chelate and Dicreatine Malate, Beta-Alanine, Vitamin B6, Citruline Malate, and other great ingredients. Only complaint is that you don't know exactly how much of each you're getting but I'm guessing it's enough because you feel the effects during the workout.
Appetite Suppression: NA Some pre workouts have this. This is more of a pump and energy complex than a fat burner so this doesn't really apply.
Side Effects: 10/10 None. No bloating, cramping, headaches, etc.
Value: 8.5/10 Well a 32 serving tub here on bodybuilding.com will run you at about $35ish plus shipping. Usually I'd say that's kinda pricey but you don;t really need more than one scoop of this so 32 servings for that price really isn't bad.
Overall: 9.5/10 Fantastic product. Didn't lose the pumps, kept seeing results. Tasted good. Great product. I would definitely get this again. Thanks again to Formutech for the tub. You made a believer out of me and you can bet that I'll be trying this again soon.
