I'll be 16 soon and need to put on serious weight for football. Before anyone says anything I eat as much as I can my mom just doesn't buy the right foods I can't even remember the last time she's cooked because she works 12+ hours a day and doesn't bring home meats I can cook myself. I'm dedicated and strong but I need more weight cuz I'll be an outside linebacker. I'm thinking of getting Russian Bear 5000 because it has a alot of calories but I'm not sure, also give me a take on creatine. I am 5'10 150lbs.

as Strong Republican stated. Eat whole foods. Buy bulk nuts and eat that, specially almonds and walnuts. They are packed with good fats, and minerals. 1 cup of walnuts is 800 calories, weight gainers are just bulk sugar, they add some other things to make you feel better about it but the majority of calories is sugar. You'll put on weight but it won't be functional weight.

I dont have steaks, but I really dont have the leisure to be buy nuts and steaks when the weight gainer I mentioned is 5,000 calories costing 35$ I'm sure my mom will buy some meats and stuff but for right now I just need info on gainers because I don't see a college linebacker or even a safety at 150lbs and my upcoming season will be my Junior year of high school.

If you have extra money and you say your mother isn't buying the "right foods" than you should be using your money to buy the right ones not waste it on a supplement. Chicken, steak, ground beef, eggs, fish, oats, nuts, whole milk, pasta, rice, ect. You eat that 5-6 times a day with your veggies and try tell me you don't get better gains than any mass gainer on the market. Make sure you're drinking around a gallon of water a day as well.

What? 5000 calories does not cost 35 dollars. Also if you are 150 lbs I highly doubt you need that much to gain sufficient amounts of weight. You need to learn about proper dieting in the nutrition section first of all. Second.
7 boxes of pasta $7
7 lbs Chicken $14 dollars
24 eggs $4 dollars
2 jars of pb $6-8 dollars
That will make up a majority of the food for you during the week. Throw in some fruits, veggies, snacks and you will easily be at a calorie surplus. Costs under 35 dollars for the week assuming you don't buy wholesale.

It actually is about 36$ and it is 2,600 calories but you add it to a gallon of milk making it 5,000 calories hence the name Russian Bear 5,000. Look it up on the bodybuilding.com store. But I will buy foods as well I hear macadamia nuts are high in calories can someone give me a high calorie diet then? Peanut butter works but for me but at the point to were its enough to gain weight its too stuffing.
