Bench - no bouncing, butt on the bench
OHP - standing, split or even stance, clavical to full extension on top. no leg drive.
OP feels weak, no estats, 2.5 years of solid training and dieting.
DL - 315x3
Squat - 295x4
Bench - 235x5
OHP - 145x4

Only semi-recent pic I have, bout 5-6 weeks ago; Im alot weaker now (4 weeks out from physique contest), but at that weight^ (160ish)
-285x10 squat (between below parallel but not atg)
-225x12 bench
-??? Deadlift (havnt done it in years, 2+ years ago i did 365x1 so I assume at least 405

thx for making OP feel he never touched a weight in his life, repping on r/c for my big brothers in lifting.
at 17 years old, that's very impressive. I bet ur one of the most aesthetic dudes at ur highschool, walking around the hallways with ur lats flared, and whistle at chicks who have the pics of their bfs in their lockers.
