Uh you should be doing more on push press if you know how to use your leg drive properly. I push pressed 205lb for 1 rep when I was barely benching 185lb x 1.
I'm actually rather skeptical with some of these overhead press stats cause some of them seem disproportionately high compared to their bench. I'm assuming many of the guys who posted OHP either use some leg drive or do it seated(much easier). I mean the two guys who bench close to 4 plates in these threads are barely standing overhead pressing 185~225 for one rep lol.

Fuarking gay back problem that wont allow squatting, deadlifts, or ohp without a rib dislocating from my spine. I manage to still gain muscle and grow without those lifts and without overly heavy lifting. Legs aren't what they used to be but still not sad by any means. I miss those lifts and would kill small puppies to be able to do them again. My new physical therapist thinks he can fix me and possibly having me squat and dead for the first time in 3 years in the next few weeks.
