Vascularity and Size

I was taking c4 for a good 2 months and that seemed to work really well because my veins started to pop more all day when I was using it, but I am trying to get away from pre workouts. I want to look as vascular as I was, I don't know if that was from the citruline. Whatever was in c4 made my muscles look bigger. Was thinking about just buying bulk beta alanine, and arginine, but some people say arginine is a waste but heard agmatine works. I don't want that bloated look either from creatine mono, suggest products please!

A low bodyfat percentage will lead to a more vascular appearance.

Creatine monohydrate will not make you look bloated unless you are taking an unnecessarily high dose.

The ingredient in C4 that was making you look more vascular was the creatine nitrate, or to be more specific the nitrate salt.

C4 or any pre Will not give you size or vascularity.

Size comes from hard training and diet.

Vascularity comes from low body fat levels diet and water retention

Pre-workouts and pump products can Enhance the vascularity, but if you're fat not going to much for vascularity

So if you want size and vascularity, grow and get leaner

Think about what happens to your manhood when it gets cold. Blood is being redirected inward toward your vital organs to keep them warm. Which is why higher sets will result in a greater pump.

From what Ive researched the 3 biggest reasons for vascularity are bodyfat, skin color and core body temperature as said above. I'm pretty vascular and start showing anytime Im under 18%. The lower in BF I go, the more they pop. I was the desinated guineaa pig in the army when anyone was getting certified for giving IV's and crap. Anyway I was worried it might have to do with blood pressure and spent some time researching it. To go against my theory though, I seem to pop most after napping and realized I become sort of a heat rock when I sleep. This goes along with the theory it has something to do with body temp. As an added note, im not sure whats in it to cause this but red wine causes my veins to near come out my skin.
