TIME TO GET RIPPED AND CUT UP !!
First I want to start off with a huge shout out and thanks to David and Dirk and all the great team members at Applied Nutriceuticals for providing me with the products pictured below to assist me in making this cut cycle the most effective it can be. I already know AppNut makes some of the best products out on the market today to help you reach your goals and maximize your results. It will be fun to see what these three products stacked will do for me in 16 weeks.
Here are the items I received in a box over the weekend.
GOALS: Over the course of the next 16 weeks my end goal is to cut my body fat down to single digit range while maintaining as much lean muscle mass as possible. The Fat Free should assist in maximizing the body fat loss while the HGHUP will assist me in maintaining and maybe even growing some additional lean mass over the course of this run. My goal weight is 180 lbs with a stretch goal of 175 if I can manage to reach it.
CURRENT STATUS: Over the course of the past 7 to 8 months I have not been as zealous with my cardio and I have allowed my nutrition plan to slip while enjoying eating all the things I enjoy like breads and dairy products along with beer on the weekends. This has caused me to hit a high weight of 207.0 lbs this past Monday morning with a body fat percentage of 22%. So, it is time to get serious and get back into my routine. I am presently 49 years old and have been working out for many years with mixed varying degrees of intensity.
Here are some starting pics to show where I am at:
NUTRITION AND WORKOUT PLAN: I will be working out five days a week and following a routine of hitting each body part/muscle group one day a week. I will not be following a pre-scribed workout regimen but will be working on strength training and keeping my heart rate in a cardio target range. I will initially begin hitting LISS card 3 days a week and evaluate as I continue.
I will be keeping my calorie count at our around 1750 kcal per day and will be working at reducing my carb intake and increasing my protein intake. I will be working at following the Cut Diet plan written by Layne Norton. I will have some deviations to this plan to ensure I am keeping my Type 1 diabetes well controlled. I have had Type 1 IDDM since shortly after birth so control is key.
LOG: I will be logging for the duration of the full 16 weeks of this run, I will be using the AppNut supplements included here along with some others I may throw in to the mix along the way to maximize my results. I will be logging my workouts and nutrition along with my thoughts and progress. I will try to update this daily but due to work, family and life that may not always be possible and I may skip a day here and there. I welcome any followers and supporters along the way to help keep me on track.
My official start day to have all my food lined up and hit it hard core will be Monday, July 15th. In the meantime I will be hitting the gym each day and getting everything prepared for the journey to begin. I will be posting my progress starting now but my 16 week mark begins next Monday.

Thanks David, should be an epic run. Working on getting my dosing and food set up to get started. I ordered two additional bottles of UnCut to have plenty on hand. I am going to look at the best way to split the UnCut dose from the Fat Free as with both dosed together I am sweating like crazy for about the first 6 hours of the day once I am done with my cardio haha. I literally have sweat running down my face while teaching up until lunch.
Looking at maybe 2 UnCut at 4:45 AM and then 2 Fat Free with my second meal which is around 10:30 AM. I tried 3/2 at 4:45 last two days and wow!UnCut ~ My Pre-workout of choice!!
