    Would rice crispies be alright for bulking? Despite that it has some sugar in it.

    Yes it would.

    Other good cereals to consider:
    Any variety sanctioned by The Captain of Crunch
    Any variety that gives you that nostalgia feel (will accept oreo-Os, C-3POs, and Jurrasic Park Crunch)
    Any variety that involves a frosting process

    1. Hitting your total daily calories for bulking (consistently)
    2. Hitting your macronutrient requirements
    3. Lifting hard and heavy

    I honestly don't recall the last time I had cereal, and I IF typically between 1pm and 5pm. So I'm with ya there, bud. But, I hear the new vanilla chex mix tastes like cake batter, which intrigues me. Not enough to buy on a regular basis, but would like to try.

    It only has ~4g of sugar per serving. That is almost nothing. At our house we add table sugar to them for flavor...
