After getting to my first unit and failing my pt test because of (what i though was)the climate, I was weighed and measured for bf%. I was surprised when they said I was 27 lbs over weight and 10% over my max bf%. Now, without regret, I have 2 a days. I lowered my calories last week and have been eating as clean as I have ever eaten before. I lost 8 lbs so far and I plan on being under that weight by next month. I was actually wondering if its a good idea to lower my cal intake from 2000 on weekdays (which is when I do my 2 a days) to ~1500-1700 on weekends? Should I also be taking in more protein on weekdays. BTW, pt is an hour long in the morning and and hour long during the afternoon. I burn anywhere from 400 to 800 cals a day just from pt. any thoughts?
