6', 150lb, M, lose 20lb--->confused unless you entered a stat incorrectly. If you do not have the muscles you want now, I doubt they will appear when 20lb falls off and you wind up looking like an anorexic.

Garcinia Cambrogia extract works rather well.

Food wise: water, broth based soup, raw or cooked vegetables, unsweetened tea

Vegetables like lettuce. I don't even track them in my salad. Extremely low cals.

Just try to get your calories from stuff that have a low caloric density, but still meet your macros. (i.e. grilled chicken/tuna in water for protien, apples/veggies for carbs).

As for fat macros, I would stay away from nuts, as they never fill me up.

And maybe diet coke, but I don't recommend it, as it can be very easily an addiction...

People are undoubtedly going to disagree with me but the best way to keep from being hungry is to not eat for most of the day and have a large meal with nearly all your daily calories in it.

The first day or two suck. After that it is smooth sailing. Also a lot of veggies help keep you full with low calories.

Replace all sugary beverages and soft drinks with water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, and always try to drink a glass or two a few minutes before a meal (it will help decrease your appetite, making you eat less). And finally, eat smaller meals (my previous tips helps for this, obviously). After a week or two of only eating smaller meals, you will start to get full more quickly when you eat. Not only will this help lower your calories (as you will be eating less), but if you do end up having a snack or any unplanned eating, you will get full quickly and the "damage" done will be minimal at best.

    Good luck!

I agree with this too.. Its kinda the idea behind IF. Its a lot easier if you're constipated most of the time as well, i find when thats the case i rarely get hungry lol

Also, a single dose, or two below average doses of EC will work wonderfully, its pretty much the only way i use EC. Fast from 8pm to noon, have a protein shake, creatine and about an hour later dose 1 of EC and i stay full until about 3-4pm, have a small meal and dose 2 of EC and hit the gym around 530pm and after i get home around 7 I am not usually hungry but eat because i know i have to, so its something small, and then i'm done, and am usually not hungry at all. For extreme loss i can do like 1000 cal net a day all week, and drop like 2-3 lbs. Every now and then it works great to prevent any fat build up when clean bulking.

Any sort of hot liquid seems to help keep you full for a longer duration of time. Ex: Coffee, tea, broth. If you're talking food oatmeal is great. 1/2 a cup can keep you satisfied for quite a few hours.

I'm sorry to disappoint you but Garcinia Cambrogia is useless for fat loss and I made a review of this "supplement" http://www.nobsbb.com/garcinia-cambogia-reviews/. Aside for the placebo effect, there's nothing promising coming out of this ingredient.

Also, the only weight loss tips you need are: create a deficit of ~500 calories daily, stick to your diet, train!
If I can help you in any way, send me a message with your thread question or question.

I wish you all a 2021 filled with growth.
