i can confirm lol. it is phuking crazy up here right now. the parking lot outside my apartment building is completely submerged. it took me 3 hours to get home when it usually takes 1.5. my bus got stuck in water so everyone had to walk. taxi service is severely limited and we have had like a hundred thunderstorm warnings. there are cop cars and ambulances everywhere
