What do I do? Should I go to the gym tomorrow and do the volume day, then go Wednesday too?

Do it tomorrow, but not the typical volume you usually do. For example, try 5x3 or 3x5 instead of the typical 5x5. This should hopefully be enough to drive progress just for the week, while accumulating less fatigue so you're still recovered by Friday. Do the light day on Wednesday as usual.
ND sucks.
