I know this sounds really ignorant, but I'm looking for the fastest possible way to go from 15% to 10% body fat, or to make as much progress as possible by August 1st. I don't care how agonising it is, so long as ts possible. I've even considered water fasting. I'm prepared to go hungry, I do not care, I just don't lke feeling weak and being unable to worm out, or feeling like I'm loosing muscle. I can also go gym twice daily and include swimming too.
Im interested in low carb dieting at/or fasting. At the moment, the ony reason I am failing is due to my girlfriend and having to eat "normally" with her - which I've managed to avoid by chewing gum constantly so I have an excuse not to eat crap. However whilst it hasn't been low carb, my daily calorie intake is lower than what I'm burning off, so I'm making some progress. I try to leave food on my plate, cut carbs and don't eat bread/bun or chips for example.
She's leaving for holiday soon and when she comes back I want to be ripped - for myself not for her. Im going to miss her when she's gone so I need something to focus on, and if she cheats on me I want to be in my best condition ever to find someone else or to just play the field.
I was considering do something drastic, like an egg only diet, or a porridge only diet, or whey protein only diet or some sort of absurdly similar thing.
I mean I've heard of the special k diet being purely just that ceral 3 times a day, and I know it only works due to it being a dramatic calorie reduction. I was thinking oats 2-4 times a day with water or full fat milk would be equally effective. I know I need to eat something so I can continue to train hard.
I was also tempted to by clenbuterol and run that for 3 weeks. However I sort of feel a bit lost with what my exercise routines should be. At the moment it seems "all over the place" its consitant and logged but with no real goal

Clen is an illegal steroid drug and discussing it is not allowed on BB forums.
As for your plan, listen to this I was very obese and I lost it all, but STEADY healthy and normal.
I 100% assure you on that plan that you'll either fail or end up in hospital. For example, you are taking a steroid without any knowledge or a planned PCT and running nearly zero fat diet. Have fun shutting your endocrine system, ****ing your hormones and being on TRT for life.
You've been warned.

So what about insulin? You don't even need a prescription for it. You can buy it anywhere in the USA over the counter.
That's not a steroid either. And you can buy it anywhere. So is that against the rules?
How bout creatine? That's over the counter too. Just like insulin. But is that ok to talk about?

Clen isn't a steroid... it's a prescription medication for people with asthma that is abused as a weight loss drug.
15-10 percent in a month ain't happening. If you starve yourself you will probably be 14% on August 1st as you would have lost more muscle than fat probably. Get yourself on a good diet, use a 15-20% deficit for the entire next 4 weeks, and you could be 13% August 1st.
