I've made previous posts on my weight loss. Here is an update. I'm 50 years old and 5' 7". Started my weight loss journey in February of this year. I thought once I got down to 170 pounds I'd be fairly cut but I still had more of a gut than I was happy with. Decided that perhaps 160 pounds is what I need to shoot for and now I'm at 164. I guess we ourselves are our worst critics but I'm still no where near satisfied. I continue to weight train and I've gone from HIIT cardio to more of a steady rate cardio routine. I'm shooting for a body fat percentage of 12% and I have no idea what my % is right now. Any estimates would be helpful. To those who have succeeded in getting a six pack please offer advice if you have any. I'm frustrated but determined and I'll never give up.
First 2 photos are at 210 pounds and the next 3 are from today at 165 pounds. Last one is from a few weeks ago. Thank you all in advance.

wow man, incredible progress, your gut just shrunk into nothingness, the only thing is you don't seem to carry much muscle, so your gonna have to drop around 20 lbs more to get really lean, but so far is impressive

I'm in the gym 6 days a week on a 3 day split routine and cardio every other day at the end of the lifting session or at night after the kids go to bed. I'm just learning about HIIT so I'll have to give that a go. Once my calf heals all the way I'll get back into trail running again. I can lose track of time doing fun stuff like that. I'm not sure what my calories were before, but I've cut them to around 2000 spread over 4 low carb meals. I drink only water or protein shakes and more beer until I see a 164.9 on the scale.
