going to go ahead and have to agree with this, so many people incorrectly box squat, you need to practically sit down on the box, I would truly be baffled if you were box squatting more using proper form.

I box squat exactly how Pete Rubish does. He boxes 150lbs heavier than back squat.

So, as I squat and gain depth, I sit on the box, sit back to where my back is vertical, then squat up from a dead stop. Is that wrong?

Lol I just knew you wod bring pete into this. Pete's box squat is TERRIBLE and is not a box squat. The box he is sitting on is like 6 inches above parallel, and he doesn't sit back on it at all. If your box squat looks like his then it is wrong lol.

My box is parallel, but I do sit back like he does. I keep my back way straighter on the way up though.

I guess it is wrong though. Any good videos on box squatting?
