I box squat exactly how Pete Rubish does. He boxes 150lbs heavier than back squat.
So, as I squat and gain depth, I sit on the box, sit back to where my back is vertical, then squat up from a dead stop. Is that wrong?
I really don't know. I just figured the deeper - the harder.5'10.5" 193bs 15% bodyfat
