I have been doing pretty much strength routines for a little over a year and a half now. I have gotten alot stronger than what I used to be. My sets and rep scheme has been pretty much 5 sets of 5, and 4 sets of 6. If I changed my routine to say the normal bodybuilders routine (like 3 sets of 12) would I start gaining size out the ying yang? Or would It be the same? I've never done reps over 6.
