Ian has a terrible attitude and it stems from his treating "exercise science" as some kind of sacred cow. Exercise science is a joke, it isn't a proper science, the studies are almost worthless and only really pertain to beginners and casual lifters. They've turned "exercise science" into some clique where they can roll their eyes at the cavemen outside their little group. Everything there is to know about bodybuilding has been known for decades and decades. There's nothing new to learn really which is a problem for all these losers who want to monetise their "knowledge".
