Hey guys, so my girl wants to go get a snow cone with me and I'm trying to eat healthy and lose a few pounds... If I did a couple hundred calories of cardio before/after eating a snow cone, would that be alright?

Hey man... If you've been fat in the past I know how it feels to be over concerned with "good" and "bad" food. And honestly, I don't blame you for being concerned. But every type of food has it's time and place. If you desire a snowcone and are lifting regularly, don't worry about it. If it fits in your daily calories to MAINTAIN (you better not be losing any weight) than have at it. I recommend you start a lifting program and eating more to slowly gain back the weight you've lost. In muscle RATHER than fat. Eat your stupid snowcone. Go do some barbell squats tomorrow.
