Smile [Macros Included] Is this a good clean-bulk diet? (14 yr old on "Starting Strength")

    Hey guys!

I've been lurking this forum for about a month now, and I've decided body building is something I'd definitely like to take up.

At the moment I'd say I'm around 15% BF (No ab definition, slight rib definition), and I'd like to get bigger and stronger without getting too much fatter so I've decided that a clean bulk would work best for me as I start the Rippetoe program.

A calculator said I burn about 2100 calories a day. Also the whey I'm using is muscletech phase 8. I just need some of you more experienced members to let me know if this is a good bulk, and if not what should I change.

    Current Stats:
    ~15% BF
    Bit under 150 LBs
    ~5'9"
    14 Years Old

    Daily Meal Plan -

    Breakfast:
    (989 Calories, 69 Protein, 38 Fat, 101 Carbohydrates)

    (Fried Eggs on Toast)
    3 eggs - fried:
    - 275 Cal, 19 Pro, 21 Fat, 2 carbs
    3 slices Whole Wheat bread:
    - 246 cal, 10 pro, 4 fat, 46 carbs

    (Protein Shake)
    Cup of milk:
    - 86 cal, 8 pro, 1 fat, 12 carb
    Cup of oats:
    - 232 cal, 6 pro, 10 fat, 34 carbs
    Whey:
    - 150 cal, 26 pro, 2 fat, 7 carbs

    ---

    Pre Workout (Chipotle):
    (850 Calories, 78 Protein, 32 fat,
    72 carbohydrates)

Chipotle Bowl - Double chicken, black beans, brown rice, lettuce, green salsa, guacamole, veggies

    ---

    Post Workout (Whey):
    (150 calories, 26 protein, 2 fat, 7 carbohydrates)

    ---

    Later Evening (3 Cups Banana):
    (414 Calories, 5 protein, 2 fat,
    105 Carbohydrates)

    ---

    Before Bed (Whey):
    (150 calories, 26 protein, 2 fat, 7 carbohydrates)

    ---

    Total:
    2553 Calories
    204 Grams Protein
    76 Grams Fat
    292 Grams Carbs

Thanks so much for the help I really appreciate it. (Sorry if the thread formatting is a bit iffy, posted this from mobile)

A 14 years old the calculators aren't going to be correct, you're young and heading into/at a peak muscle building time in your life.
You shouldn't be worried about counting and tracking, you're too young for that, good on you for wanting to live a healthy life and get on track, but don't be stressing yourself over these things.

For now just eat, lift, and enjoy your life.

This. At 14, its too early to rely on most forms of these calculations as they assume you're an adult.

Though I agree with you, it is worth mentioning that I inputed my age in the calculator.

But they aren't accurate for teens, regardless of if you put the age in or not

    i like this meal plan:
    meal 1:food
    meal 2:food
    meal 3:food

as stated above, the calculators don't work at all if your under 18. just eat, lift, and have fun as a teen. no point in making your teen years all about lifting and nutrition if you have friends to hang out with and stuff you want to do.

Isn't 18 the magical number for everything? If it works for sex, porn, drinking age in some countries, and smoking in some countries, it should work for the calculator
