Hey guys!
I've been lurking this forum for about a month now, and I've decided body building is something I'd definitely like to take up.
At the moment I'd say I'm around 15% BF (No ab definition, slight rib definition), and I'd like to get bigger and stronger without getting too much fatter so I've decided that a clean bulk would work best for me as I start the Rippetoe program.
A calculator said I burn about 2100 calories a day. Also the whey I'm using is muscletech phase 8. I just need some of you more experienced members to let me know if this is a good bulk, and if not what should I change.

A 14 years old the calculators aren't going to be correct, you're young and heading into/at a peak muscle building time in your life.
You shouldn't be worried about counting and tracking, you're too young for that, good on you for wanting to live a healthy life and get on track, but don't be stressing yourself over these things.
For now just eat, lift, and enjoy your life.USMC (2009-2013)

i like this meal plan:
meal 1:food
meal 2:food
meal 3:food
as stated above, the calculators don't work at all if your under 18. just eat, lift, and have fun as a teen. no point in making your teen years all about lifting and nutrition if you have friends to hang out with and stuff you want to do.My Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169516313
