Hey guys I'm 19 years old and have been stuck at this plateau for 3 years of weight lifting for football. Any suggestions how how to reach my goal of 170 lbs?

I eat about 3lbs of just straight up steak everyday... I get the thin milanesa that has no fat then trim it to the bare meat and cook that up without any oil... Sometimes just boil it with veggies and I eat that everyday... I also range about 300-400g protein a day on training days. I train 6days a week Sundays off

I used to be pretty much exactly 145 and now I'm 177 and hit 180 on good days! (See before and after)
I put it down to
- heavy compound exercises
- caloric surplus
- high protein diet (1.2g protein per lb lean body mass per day)
- resting sensibly
- dedication and consistency
the time frame between my before and after shots is 8 months, so be patient and you'll grow too!!
