Is syntha 6 good as a meal replacement? I'm trying to add in extra cals from good sources and thinking of trying this.. I know real food is better but sometimes I'm full and I still haven't had all my calories from mainly carbs/protein. Has It got good nutrients or too much artificial crap? Should it only be one per day?
Just wanted to hear some advice about it thanks

Its profile is a bit like an mrp. Some other suggestions I suggest looking into as well are UP 2.0 (unbelievably delicious), Gold Feast, Universal Pro & Oats or you could just add in fruit, oats and/or peanut butter to a normal powder and make it an mrp.

You could also go for a protein bar. Quest bars seem to be filling enough and it also has a good amount of fiber too

There's no such thing as a meal replacement but if you insist. No, Syntha-6 is not. It's half pure protein and half burnt snickers.
To give anything less than your best, is to sacrifice the gift.

Syntha-6 is 200 calories and Syntha 6 Isolate is 140 calories, idk what you set your calories at but i do not consider it a "meal" and usually have it before or with my post-workout meal, occasionally up to 4 scoop a day lol but im on that dreamer bulk so idkmybffjill.
