So I was eating the quicker instant oatmeal packets but and hearing they aren't as good as I thought. What exactly is the difference between instant and the old fashion? How do you cook old fashion? What can you add to the old fashion make it not so boring?
Thanks In advance

I think what you're thinking are "instant oats" are those little oat packets meant for 1/2 a cup of oats mixed with added sugar and flavorings. Those last points are why people say they are bad.
Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.
