I was driving and cut off by an illegal without a drivers license and hit/ran off the road, luckily she stopped (barely as there was so much traffic it took her a while to decide to stop) and out came a 50-55 year old woman who could hardly speak english.
She asked me if we could just forget about it (lmao!?)
There lay my Mustang GT with scratched chrome rims, fender dented, my door is sticking out/un-even, my trunk un-even, my front of the car lights all spaced out and my car doesn't drive straight now. Its a 1994 mustang GT standard, chrome 17 in rims from 1994 factory, suspension upgrade, 5 speed, convertible, exhaust and a bunch of other small stuff all from extra options when the car was new. A collectors car now ruined.
Also my back/spine is out of align and hurts to look all the way down, I went to ER and got x-ray.
Her insurance/cars insurance is supposed to call me Tuesday, what should I expect to say? Never been in this situation before, also missed out of work for past three days to try and let spine repair.
Close to what car looks like except better rims/tires

She's an unlicensed illegal with no insurance and probably no money. Who do you think is going to pay you brah? Better hope you're fully insured or else you're pretty much fawked.
ALso, if the doors are popped that usually a basic indicator that the car is a write off.Starting weight - 220lbs 23/08/09

Hate to break it to you, but if she's an illegal without a license, I highly doubt you're going to get jack sh*t. Can't get money from money that doesn't exist. Fuking sucks that the state of our country is in such a bad shape that illegals are held less liable because they're broke and don't have citizenship. Brb worse thing that happens is she gets sent back to Meh'hico to hop the fence another day.

I know man wtf. Okay I'll just go home with my almost broken hopefully not permanently damaged back and wrecked car while you continue to wreck other peoples lives without even being legal to live here
Ironic thing was she had a HUGE dent on the other side of her car from an accident a couple weeks prior
She didn't even have a license and cops let her go with a ticket, I'm in Austin also btw
How do I do thatEating "clean" doesn't mean eating "healthy"

I have the same neck pain from sleeping wrong probably
lmfao
give it some time before u go !
wata *******, unless xray showed it was outa alignment, stfu n give it some time to heal on its own. could jus be a pinched nerve/ strained
neck hurts like a stabing knife pain right in my spine when I look down to a certain angle. I get this occasionally, ive had it so I cant look up down left or right. the worst ive had it is after a week of soccer (heading the ball too) and a skydiving trip (that parachute deployment)
my neck was fcked for a whole week, I could look up, down , left or right.. the literal KNIFE STAB pain.. its like it was a direct nerve pain or something..but of course it went away eventually, probably after a week n a half

OP, if she's unlicensed, then she personally has no insurance. You have to be licensed to get insurance. Although her son's car is insured, it's null and void if the driver is unlicensed.
That being said, you need to contact YOUR insurance company and get them to take care of your injuries. What they pay out, they will try and recoup from her by suing her. But that in itself will be a challenge seeing as though she probably has no money. So they'll wind up eating it.
It's called subrogation.
What are your policy limits? Do you have your policy handy?

Just because the air bags didn't deploy does not mean it was not a bad wreck. Three years ago I was hit going through a intersection rolled my tacoma the fire dept had to cut me out, my air bags never deployed and I tore my left rotator cuff and bicep tendon in the wreck.
