Agree, I'm seriously thinking of moving to a northern part of Finland or any other cold place. I hate this heat, hard to sleep and breath in general compared to the cold crispy air.

Normally, I bitch and moan about the heat and humidity. However, we've hardly seen the sun in this country (Ireland) for a prolonged length of time in about 5 years. This year, however, we've been having some great weather - lots of sunshine and temperatures in the late teens and low twenties (Celsius that is). I do hate the humidity but at least I can see blue sky a bit more. Ireland's sky is notoriously cloudy. It can be dry and warm for days on end but overcast so that it never quite feels like summer.

I live in a seaside town so my town is always busy on hot days, i love the summer atmosphere more than anything, people are just happy for once and not moaning, wish it would stay like this throughout summer

Apparently the court temp at wimbledon today was 49c in the sun, and something like 27c in the shade, pretty ridiculous.
The problem living here is that there's no point getting AC because you would hardly ever use it, so when it does get hot we are kinda screwed.

Compressor chit out on one of my window AC units last night . . . got up to about 95 in the house within an hour. Had to go to the store and drop about $300 on a new one. Phuck.
