Right now i'm being trained by an online pt.
The macros he gave me are
53 grams of fat.
101 grams of carbs.
287 grams of protein.
I have a hard time finding foods to help me hit these macros. I can protein almost perfect but carbs always seem to go over.

You guys don't know activity levels, he may be sedentary which would lead to probably a 2,000kcal diet. Macros do look off though, Fat seems a bit too low and protein is too high.
Something more optimal would look something like this..
65g fat
200g protein
160g carbs
(Only if 2,000 calories is what you require)

Well guys my PT said he is just trying to see how i react to different macros and we are trying to find the best one. I am 5"10 200 bros but chubby and yes life is sedentary. Thats why im on a 2000 cal diet. Do you guys know any youtube videos which show macros friendly grocery shopping or anything ?

Definitely gotta try that salad. I like high volume foods, cause it makes me feel full and not over-eat.
Btw i messed around with myfitnesspal for a while and got all the foods to fit the macro.
Goal - 53 fats, 101 carbs, 287 protein.
Macros that i am hitting are very close. 57 fat, 104 carb and 284 protein.
I honestly have never ate this much protein, EVER ! but it makes me feel like im exploding with energy.
If you wanna check out my trainer check him out on instagram - divinefitness11 or realdealfreedom08 on youtube.

How so low on carbs? Must be flavourless ones?
Chobani is our best here:
http://chobani.com.au/products/
plain chobani 10g prot, 4.2g carbs, 0g fat.
Theyve got like 20 flavours with between 0 and 3% fat with all natural fruits/flavours."lmao you naive as **** son. Hope you followed the cardinal rule and didn't have your face in the dick pic, but based on the foolishness you've exhibited in your threads recently, you're probably like holding your dick with one hand and your social security card in the other and holding a piece of paper in your mouth with your name, address and phone number"
