Had Bruery Bois last night.. huge bourbon, vanilla, and carmel. Soooo good, and at 15% and an empty stomach.. oh lawdy.
Anyways, these were had over the last couple days:
Very balanced. I'm really starting to like barley wines. Not huge pumpkin flavors, but VERY balanced. Loved this one.
This was pretty good. Pretty big boozy after taste. Nonethless, enjoyable brew.
And picked this up today.. The last bottle of BCBS at my local place, and some Modern Times FI for the Fug..

So I need to stop being tunnel-visioned in to my beer store up the road. I went to a local mom&pop grocer that's notorious for having crazy beer selection... and... yeah.
They had Biscotti Break, Natale, Doggie Claws, and some other stuff I've been looking for on trades. Also had the BCBS with NO BOTTLE LIMIT. fuuuuuk me.
and btw that bcbs is insanely good. holy chit.
kinda wanna try and track down the others now...
I am impress.

I wish some place would get it on tap before I drop $31 on a bottle...
PWO alcohol raises serum test, brahs.
bitch please
I thought about it, but also couldn't justify the price.
Anyway, watched the Ohio State game at a sorta friends bar. Had on tap, Gandhi Bot, Green Flash Cedar Plank (like chewing on cedar tree pulp), some nasty cider, Bikini Beer (meh), Immort Ale (awful), Parabola (much better this time; but still not great), and 8 shots for thirty five american dollars. Yeah, that cedar plank was disgusting. Expected it to be a subtle flavor that contributed to the beer, but it was just overpowering "HEY BRAH U LIKE CHEWING ON CEDAR CHIPS?"
and dat parabola
I would chit my pants if my local bar had gbot and parab on tap ... that'd be a great nightCommon Sense Crew

Start with a log of jimmy dean sausage.
Empty it into a 1 gallon ziplock bag.
Flatten it out to fill the bag/make a "sheet".
Cut bag open at sides so you can peel it off.
Add stuffing and roll!
Cook at 275* until 170 internal (~1.5 hours)bmbc

Tasted like Jester King El Cedro.
Oh man, I'd love to try to smoke that to see if eggs are good that way.
Looks pretty self-explanatory

Courtesy of gigghity. Taste is great bitter hops with this one. Lost a tiny bit of carb on the way over from Cali but that's to be expected.

Pretty good but the hops were a touch too bitter. Needed some age.
Reminds me of Heavy Machinery Half IPA. Would be a great beer to drink in Summer to beat the heat.
Can't believe how well the coffee holds up a year later. Shyt is so good, and I need to try it fresh. Hope TX gets a decent allocation of BCBCS.
