Their new facility looks nice, and the barrel room is massive. Good for Karbach and hopefully TX goodies make it out of state soon. Anyway you Houston bros have access to Yellow Rose kegs which is easily the best TX IPA. Austin Beerworks makes three great IPAs under their Heavy Machinery line: Double IPA, Half IPA, Centennial IPA. Curious to see if any gems come from the Hops & Grain rotating Greenhouse IPA series. If they make a citra or nelson with the Greenhouse base, it's going to be a winner.

I cut back on drinking the last few weeks but I got these the other day:
I've never seen Bourbon County in WA before.
This one was good, but kinda disappointing.
I heard and read good things about Worthy Brewing, but I expected better out of this.
I still recommend to try it if you can find it.
This is one of the better stouts I've had in awhile.
Great blend of coffee and chocolate.
Highly recommend!
This was ok, just really malty for an Amber IMO.
For an Imperial Amber Ale, I'd rather have it be hopped up, plus this was 9.9% ABV.
Despite the negative reviews, I really enjoyed this porter.
Easy drinking and well balanced.
I also had a Victory Headwater Pale Ale.
I'm not sure if it's a new beer or just new to WA (we don't get all the Victory stuff), but it was one of the best Pale Ale's I've ever had.
Also, kind of a noob question, but when you guys drink barleywine, do you drink it at room temperature or do you put it in the fridge for a bit?"I don't mean to sound bitter, cold, or cruel, but I am, so that's how it comes out."

I liked Worthy, I dunno. It's definitely no Nelson/Hop Tanker/Permanent Funeral or anything, but for easily accessible imperial that's only $5 a bomber, it's ... "worthy".
I haven't had any Black Market beers I like yet, and Wingman is awesome. They aren't in my top 5 or anything, but they're great guys who brew a really good, easy drinking porter/IPA.
They've also just expanded quite a bit and are brewing more and more consistently (which is the usual complaint I've heard about their stuff)
They have a porter-fest coming up this saturday where they're doing the P-51 porter with all kinds of flavors; coconut, hazelnut, habanero, etc. You should come check it out.Common Sense Crew

Red Chair is usually one of those Pales that drinks like a sessionable IPA. I'll probably grab a single and see how it rolls.
