How to take oximega (fish oil)

How do you take fish oil? Just wondering before I make the pruchase. You put it in the 6 ounces of water and swallow it whole like its a pill? The tablets look pretty big lol

4 pills with food preferably and yes with water and swallow it like you normally would with any other pills.

I can do 4 pills at one time just fine. You just gotta practice, put the pill in your mouth and when you take a swig of water, open up your throat all the way and just take a big ass gulp and it'll go down just fine. It's the fear that stops people from doing it but the moment you're successful in your first try, the fear will be gone and you will get it down just fine each and every time.

What method do you think would work for me best? Putting it in my mouth and drinking regularly and hopefully swallowing it lol. Putting it in the cup drinking regularly and swallowing it. Or put water and that in my mouth, lean back, and try to gulp them both?

Try them all but I would just go with the water and pill in my mouth and just take one big ass gulp/swallow and it should go down just fine.

If they're citrus flavored maybe you could chew them up first (?) if it comes to that without it tasting too gross

I don't know about that man, I have never tried to chew a fish oil pill before and even flavored I just don't know.

I've always found using some kind of flavored drink is better than water if you have trouble swallowing pills...

soda, juice, milk, anything

thats what i do, the pill is just gelatin to hold the fishoil

Put a small bite of food in your mouth, chew the food before you swallow stick the pill in... Then swallow.... It's worked for me since I was 10.

i use to have trouble swallowing pills when i was like 6, but now pop pills like a champ

I'm pretty sure you can get omegas in liquid drop form if you have difficulty swallowing pills.

I usually melt them on tinfoil and a metal spoon in a bus stop bathroom then inject the sweet fishy oils directly between my toes. This prevents track marks on your arms and ensures you get that heart healthy anti inflammatory goodness ASAP.

You get used to it. I take 2 with each meal.

I just take em 1 at a time. 4 in the morning 4 right before bedtime for about a little over 2mg.

they go down smooth with water. you can add them to apple sauce and swallow them that was as well
