At his biggest, his flow was nowhere near Arnold's. Size-wise he was comparable, but those insertions let him down. No matter how big he got he'd look awkward.

Lou held his own for years..and still trains and stays fit to this day. I dont feel sorry for him..Sure from a winning physique on a bbing stage Platz looks better..BUT I would much rather have Lous build any day of the week..He was a big strong manly looking dude..I like Lou..always have..
