Does joint size idicate muscle/strengthgaining abillity ?

    Hey gents,
what are your thoughts on this ? I am wondering for quite some time now because
I feel like that people with bigger wrists for example are naturally stronger compared to people with thinner wrists.

Maybe yes maybe not, arnold didnt have really big wrists.. (correct me if I'm wrong) but his genetics for building muscle were legendary.
his bone structure was classified as "ectomorph" but he doesnt look like one for sure

If someone has big, strong bones and tendons the chances are they aren't going to have small, weak muscles. Just like if someones got a big, fat gut they're not going to have skinny legs lol. I would assume that the strength/size of bones, tendons etc are more closely related to strength potential than size potential.

There definitely appears to be a correlation with people in strongman/powerlifting stuff. It might be useful to help determine someone's natural strength, but like all rules, it has exceptions.

yeah thats what i noticed as well. But that might come from years and years of heavy lifting. Maybe the the tissue in the wrist gets slightly bigger over time.

Would be awesome to find out more
