how much water to drink per day while on creatine

i started taking creatine monohydrate ,and i wanted to know if drinking 4 liters (around 1 gallon ) of water per day should suffice .
or do i need to drink 6 liters (around 1.5 gallons ) ?

Drinking too much water will hurt your appetite and give you that bloated feeling. Stick to the recommendation on the label for the product you're using. Which would probably be 1 gallon. Disperse the portions throughout the day.

it's not specified :/ it only says drink plenty of water while taking it

I try to drink at least 1 gallon per day. I work in an office so if you have a physical job you could always drink more but a gallon/day should do the trick. Good luck.

IMO you can't drink too much water (to an extent obviously). It gives many health benefits and especially in the summer if you're outside you need to be drinking a lot.
