    My hands tingling after pullups?

Hey all, I used to be able to do 10-15 pull ups easily but I decided to go
for 20 this time and after I finished I couldn't move my fingers for about
30 seconds and it was tingling I thought that it wasn't a big deal and I
just overtrained but now whenever I try to do even 1 pullup I can feel my
hand tingling again, should I be worried about it?

You probably just have a weak grip and you fingers/hand is exhausted from the set. I wouldn't worry about it unless it becomes painful.

Not something to worry about: did you also have callouses at the tip of your fingers (between the fingers and the palm)? Happens to me quite often: work on your grip (buy a grip squeeze).
