i've decided to switch to a push/pull/legs, and i'm going to take the 1x5 deadlift from ss and use it as the first lift on my pull day. how would i go about warming up with my deadlift now? i feel like the starting strength warm up has too much of a jump from the 2 rep set to the working set, so i'm not sure how to go about calculating the percentages.
