As far as I can see it looks like good form and I'm jealous of your gym! The selection and amount of dumbbells they have is impressive.

Impressive. I've been hitting 85 for 2-3 reps seated, 75 standing. Hope to hit triple digits by the end of the year.

not trying to be rude but if you take a step back, you might realize youre arguing just to argue. you can absolutely cheat on pretty much any exercise, which one people cheat more on could probably be debated all night.

never the less, 100 lbs is good weight. whether you cheated or not op, still need to be strong to control that kind of weight, good job man.

I do agree it takes a lot of power to do this exercise with 100lb dumbbells.

From a different perspective, if I account for bodyweight the OP is lifting 37% of his bodyweight. That's exactly the same amount I do. Makes me feel better about myself

considering how good his form and control was, I think it's pretty impressive. I can hit the 100s for maybe 5 reps on a good day, but I don't make it look nearly as easy as he did. Good form, nice control-- good job OP. Keep doing what you're doing! What did you do for weight/ reps on your first 2-3 sets?

that is great work! how long did it take you to get there from 80 lbs? I can do 80 x 4 and im hoping in 2 years I could get 100 x 2.
I've always loved this excercise so i've been doing them a long time. But just switched to PRRS about 3-4 months ago and I love the heavy power weeks it takes a long time those days since you take 5 minutes between sets.

Before PRRS I was doing 50,60,70,75 for ten reps
